Worst location of any locations. Will never cash checks without calling account holder even though I've cashed numerous checks from same guy.. ridiculous supposed customer service. Exactly why I do not bank with Wells Fargo anymore. And never will again. They suck. Was asked to leave location because they refused to honor a financial document suck suck suck
Multiple 6 figure accts yet can’t deposit huge checks on mobile. Have to go in. Only have one person working the front counter despite multiple people inside. Either wait a long time… or They will tell you to use an atm. However when you use the atm to deposit a check and a 45k check gets lost in the atm….You are told on big checks it’s better to come inside…. Terrible business approach in my opinion. Give two stars cause I have a lot of good interactions at other branches
