This location and the Branch Manager have horrible customer service. Definitely deceitful practices. I had to file a complaint with the CFPB as the bank teller COMPLETELY advised me of something completely different than what happened to my account. I've been with this bank for fifteen years plus and you want to hold a check for seven days from a reputable company and then take back the funds that were NOT on hold!! I visited the bank to open a checking account. The employee who helped me in the lobby tried to find a banker for me, but they were all in meetings. She was very kind and explained how to make an appointment. I really appreciate when employees, even if they can’t help right away, still make an effort. That kind of service makes me feel very happy and valued as a customer.
The only reason why a trip to the bank is somewhat fun are the lollipops they provide. As it is I wait in line for an eternity only to give up the little money I have. And you’re telling me the owner decided to stop giving out simple lollipops? What a shame. They have an image in the building of a woman eating a lollipop too. This is false advertisement
