The only reason why a trip to the bank is somewhat fun are the lollipops they provide. As it is I wait in line for an eternity only to give up the little money I have. And you’re telling me the owner decided to stop giving out simple lollipops? What a shame. They have an image in the building of a woman eating a lollipop too. This is false advertisement
I appreciate the staff even if the wait is long, I am to typically visit banks frequently and during these hours I sometimes tend to run low on sugar as I am always working. Majority of the banks I have visited thankfully carry some sort of candy or item so I replenish. However this one does not.. There is an individual in here particular who I’ve had trouble with, their lack of communication and hospitality seem to affect their service and it appears they are not happy here. Maybe it’s because of the lollipops too
We visited this Wells Fargo location the other day — actually twice within the past couple of days — and were fortunate to be assisted by Joneah, one of the bankers there. My son’s father needed to open a business and savings account, and I needed a document notarized. Joneah was exceptionally attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
