I'm a late 60's senior living in the Palm Springs area. I decided I wanted to open a checking account at Well Fargo so I went down to the closest branch office today (east Palm Canyon at Smoketree). The lady at the front counter informed me that I would need to make an appointment later in the week that she only had (1) banker working.
