I visit daily and they do a good job taking care of me and my team! Special shout out to Honey! Her customer service is amazing! We prefer this location for this reason!
Workers are slow
It’s funny; I saw how low their rating was and I thought, “it’s a bank, how bad can it be?” They were NOT helpful and borderline rude for basic requests. I was looking for straps of cash and they just refused to even ask a manager. Do not expect any service here.
I went in prepared to open three accounts, checking, savings and a credit card. The young woman sitting right inside the door seemed annoyed to take off her head phones (not a phone headset, orange headphones). She told me that both bankers (herself and a guy behind her, neither of whom had a customer with them) were all booked for the day and that I'd have to make an appointment.
