If you’re a NEGRO just go to a Pasadena branch. I was told they had to "call back office" just to "approve" a small withdrawal, which ultimately after being held hostage for 30+ minutes was still "denied"! However, the foothill branch was mysteriously able to approve the same withdrawal in less than 10 mins no "back office" nor "managers approval" required. Isn’t that interesting?

Terrible Service at Wells Fargo: Failed to Print an Address Letter in 25 Minutes I experienced extremely poor service at Wells Fargo. I arrived at the bank at 8:50 AM and was the first in line. Upon entering at 9:00 AM, a Chinese-speaking woman, around 50 years old, informed me that others had appointments, some made more than ten days prior, and asked me to wait aside. Everytime I go to this branch they never help me, because they say I need an appointment for a simple question. Even if they’re not busy they don’t help me
