Unreliable malfunctioned ATM machines that won’t dispense your money during the withdrawal process. On July 31st, I used an ATM at this location and it failed to dispense the money. Worst part was the money “withdrawal” got posted in my account. I had to file a claim to get it investigated and haven’t gotten updates as of today. The worst worst bank ever met. I’d rather close my account. But they don’t allow. Ask me to call this number and that number. Making tons of trouble which seems that they are making it on purpose. I saw below comments from someone which exactly explained my disappointment.
Wife went to the bank to close out an unused account and was told need to have an appointment. Setup an appointment and latter on Diana called and told my wife she could Zelle out the money and close the account online. Hmmmm. Great experience?
