If you’re a NEGRO just go to a Pasadena branch. I was told they had to "call back office" just to "approve" a small withdrawal. After being held hostage for 30+ minutes my request was still "denied"! Mysteriously, the foothill branch was able to approve the same withdrawal in less than 10 mins no "back office" nor "managers approval" required. Isn’t that interesting?
