I have been banking with Wells Fargo for 17 years. Last month they took $250 out of my account to make a payment to an account that was payed of and closed over 4 Months ago. I called and they told me that "the computer had made a mistake, and that the money would be returned". A month later, nobody will help me, including the branch manager... I am baffled at the fact that a bank can just steal money and get away with it.
