I have been a client with WF for many years. I brought my 13 y/o son to this branch open his first accounts to get him on the path to early, good financial habits. We had an appointment with Toria Neely. She did an outstanding job and took necessary time to walk him through everything and answer his questions. Highly recommend her as a personal banker!
Came in for a notary request. You came to your bank to get help. They just said “ we are not allow to do your document. Left the bank with a question???? Came to Chase bank next to them in Wickham road. They did it for me. Unbelievable. The staff ( ref shirt on 03/11/24) was busy chatting with their coworker and simply turn me away because this is a “no charge or doing no good” for the bank. I am your client that has multiple bank acts with you. Thanks. Please address the issue to the team.
