I made appointment for 12/12/25 at 4 pm to open business account. Waited 51 minutes while Gloria and her manager figured out what documents we needed eventually we were told they cannot open account because they could not locate google image of my business of all things. They eventually realized they needed business banker and Gloria was personal banker. I left disappointed Because we had all the documents that Wells Fargo required on their website.
