i’ve been with this bank for awhile now, and honestly loved them, up until today. i went to go cash a check, put most in my account and take some cash. they proceed to tell me less than $300 will be available next morning, and the remainder would be there in 4 business days, which makes 0 sense to me. tried to tell them that would not work, and they could have careless. my girl and i will be closing our accounts and looking into other banks. i understand having to process, verify, all of that but giving me less than an eight... read more
Not a customer but did stop by to inquire about accounts. Talked with a young gentlemen I believe named Leon or Leo. He answered all my questions and was able to get me answers on everything I had asked. Even with out an appointment I was still able to be seen, there was a slight wait but it was understandable everyone doesn't seem to rush their customers and focus on them. Unfortunately I did not have the opening deposit minimum but I will be coming back to this location when ready to move forward.
