Made a appointment to open a checking account at 4pm, I drove a hour to get there only for there to be a sign on the door saying they are closed due to network issues, my appointment was approved, and I was never sent anything saying it was canceled, I called the bank and the lady told me there was nothing they could do except schedule a appointment for Monday, I drove over to Bank of America and opened a account in under 30 minutes, it seems I have dodged a bullet with this bank

Worst Branch Service Absolutely terrible customer service. Due to a technical issue, they shut down the entire building, locked the doors, and posted a small notice inside behind a tinted door. No one could clearly see what was happening. What’s even worse, they weren’t answering the phone either. Calls were redirected to the call center, which had no idea what was going on and could only redirect customers back to the branch, only for the call to end up back at the call center because nobody at the branch answered. I spoke with Maria but they’re not helpful. Instead of helping answer a question transferred to “customer service” then back in the queue.

Went in to open up a business account and was laughed at and told "I hope you have a few hours because as you can see, we're pretty empty". Walked right out, drove down the street to Chase and opened an account. Next step, close my 3 personal accounts and my credit card I have with wells fargo
