Jasmine is really rude to customers. She needs to learn some customer service skills or go get another job where she is not dealing the public. Dawn and Pam are really nice is why I have two stars. But they really need to do something about Jasmine.

Worse customer service waiting in 20 min in lobby for assistance and no one greet or ask just ignore and asking other people how they are doing. Not knowledgeable staff.
