My review applies only to the branch at 900 W. Indiantown Road in Jupiter, FL. I recently moved to a new address (just a few doors down the hall in my apartment building) and stopped by the branch to notify them of a change of address and to get some new checks printed with my new address on them. Despite repeated requests, they refused to process a change of address or print new checks without my supplying proof of my new residence - even though I had been an existing customer for decades.
