very odd experience here, with a Maria. They were unable to complete a transaction here and were confused/blamed their online system for not saving information in the past as I waited a half hour. It appeared as though they had no intention of assisting me in any way. Went to other local branches and they understood the task, competed within two minutes in a very pleasant manner.
Wells Fargo is the most convenient bank. Regardless of which branch you go they are the nicest, polite and professional employees. I have been banking with them and some other banks for dozens of years and there is no doubt this is number one bank in this country.
