This Bordentown location gives Wells Fargo a bad name. I’ve had an account over 10 years, and wanted to open an account for my minor children and was told they needed ids, one is 15 and the other 10, they dont even have school ids. So I was told to open one online, which I didn’t have the option. Today I went in to deposit money and asked if they had a bathroom for my 3 year old and specified it was a baby, they said we couldn’t use it, it’s in a secured area!!! How rude! Inconsiderate!
My banking experience was not good due to the fees and the other banks hidden fees before Mr. Radwan Muhammad Assisted me in my account opening it was easy and pleasant experience with him good talker knowledgeable' i went through a-lot but his smile made my day he explained everything for me in-details answered all my questions I heard good things about Mr Radwan from my friends I believe he deserve his good reputation It was my pleasure Mr Mohammed
I've had my account with this bank about 30 years and it's been great. Sometimes it's a bit slow but so are other banks. The important thing is that the staff has been patient and helpful. When I need an appointment the managers take time to make sure everything I need done gets taken care of. I see that some of the negative reviews here pertain to policies of Wells Fargo as an institution. I'm not questioning their statements, I just feel they shouldn't reflect on this branch.
Slow as all hell with only 1 teller behind the desk. 2 tellers somehow made it worse. Did you guys hire people who can only count to 3 or something?
