The guy who greeted us was great. Had a 10 o’clock appointment to open a new account I was maybe 10-15 mins behind but the lady who were “supposed to sit with” comes out and goes hey it’s going to be awhile in a very rude way. I have been going to the Wells Fargo at Mt. Holly Rd in Burlington for years and Raj is always so kind and absolutely incredible with providing person-centered customer service. Specifically today, I was very stressed as I had very little time to get a notary to sign an important document and it was incredibly busy. I almost had to leave while anxious in figuring out how I was to get it completed soon. Stores close at 5pm, every store I stopped at was closed from 4pm on. Going to switch banks since it's impossible to access your bank during working hours.
