Terrible experience when we called Wells Fargo customer service so we wernt to my local branch for help. We thought that was the right thing to do but that was a nightmare also. They said we needed an appointment. WHAT??? You should be able to walk into the bank where you have accounts and be helped by someone working there. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are switching banks.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I visited one Wells Fargo branch and was told I needed an appointment, so they sent me to another location. When I arrived there, I was told the exact same thing. I simply wanted to cancel a service on my account, but instead of helping me, I was sent back and forth without any real assistance. The branch was practically empty, yet no one was willing to help me resolve a simple issue.
