Very helpful and nice
I love Wells Fargo as a bank but the Burlington Branch is HORRIBLE ! Never open on time always issues. I sat one time for 15 min before for help no one came someone came in after me no appointment ( I know because lady said no) the worked told me she didn’t have time to assist but because she familiar with the other lady took her back and had “time for her”.
The guy who greeted us was great. Had a 10 o’clock appointment to open a new account I was maybe 10-15 mins behind but the lady who were “supposed to sit with” comes out and goes hey it’s going to be awhile in a very rude way. Asking us to wait is fine no problem but she was so hot and aggressive with it making it seem like bc we’re a little late is the reasoning but she was already with someone regardless if I came at 10 or 1015 so don’t make it seem like bc we’re late is why your not done with your first client.
