This branch has very poor customer service, they hardly answer phone, staff not knowledgeable, I was on put on hold and shuffle from person to person for 1 hours, no help provided to open simple account. No guidance, went to other bank, was able to open account in 15 minutes.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at this location. I went in to withdraw some money, and the process was unnecessarily complicated. I was bombarded with question after question, even though I provided all the required proof of identity. I ended up waiting for nearly an hour, and I never even got to complete my transaction. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable.
I think there was a glitch in this location system this morning 2/6/25. Either a glitch or maybe I was contact by accident for someone else (but they had my name & number so I have no idea). I received a call saying that I had an appointment to set up a new account and they were wondering what account I was looking to setup. I never made an appointment for any kind of service.
