Asked for $60 in quarters. Teller took a long time and kept asking redundant questions. 'Do you have the WF app?'; 'Want to talk to one of our bankers about getting an upgrade with your account.' Was just at this location today 7-1 because of ongoing Wells Fargo issues i stopped being a customer with this bank about 3 months ago. Was with WF for 10 years. Today I was this location of behalf of my job to grab change for the upcoming busy weekend. I stood in line I helped for atleast 20 minutes. Staff acknowledged I was there waiting but skipped over me to help another pushy customer who came in after me.
