Worst customer service ever!!
Terrible customer service!!
Asked for $60 in quarters. Teller took a long time and kept asking redundant questions. 'Do you have the WF app?'; 'Want to talk to one of our bankers about getting an upgrade with your account.' "I'm pressed for time", I said. Teller: 'Are you parked in the back?'; "I just need the quarters" I said. They eventually gave me the $60 in quarters, but I looked them over and the stacks were uneven, ~5 or 6 coins were missing from a few sets.
