No sense of customer service. Walked in after online account setup didn't work. The place was semi busy and I was asked to set up an appointment for later. Ended to going to a completely different bank.
Worst branch I have ever been to. I was trying to open an account and told them all the information. But the guy, Johan, kept saying “you should ask your advisor” when I asked him questions about how to fill out the application. Excuse me? The why would I need your help? It was around 11 and many of the staffs were saying “I need to go to lunch” and it was obvious no one was willing to help! You are losing my business Wells Fargo because of this branch.
Manager is lazy and inconsiderate, we got there on saturday at 1148 pm , waited pass 12 and she kicked us out saying they are closed. Worse bank ever . All we wanted is to add my brother who is in the army coming from texas to my account, that take few minutes and she refused. We explained to her the situation and he is traveling back on monday at 10 am and she kept on fiding excuses. She has no respect to our military guys. I am closing our premium savings this week.
1 teller, long wait,unacceptable. Hire some help and quit making the customer suffer for your incompetence , or to increase your profit margin. No excuse
