If I could leave zero stars I would. I walk in on a Friday at 4:40 and they close at 5. Manager was on her way out and the 3 tellers were chatting amongst themselves. I needed to open a simple checking account. The manager instructed her staff to make an appointment for me to come back on Monday. I walked out went to Navy Federal Credit Union across the street, got there at 4:50 opened my checking account and left at 5. I do have a business account with Wells Fargo and maybe I'll transfer that to NFCU as well. Time is valuab... read more

I have been a customer at Wells Fargo since the beginning. Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. In their effort to get people to use the ATM to deposit money (instead of waiting for a teller), they asked us to disclose how much money we were going to deposit in front of other customers. While I understand trying to clear the line, I find this violation of my financial privacy to be unacceptable. I will no longer use this branch.

Every time I visit, the staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From opening credit cards to ordering foreign currency, and most recently sitting down for a consultation on how to maximize my benefits, each visit has been seamless and stress free.
