If I could leave zero stars I would. I walk in on a Friday at 4:40 and they close at 5. Manager was on her way out and the 3 tellers were chatting amongst themselves. I needed to open a simple checking account. The manager instructed her staff to make an appointment for me to come back on Monday. I walked out went to Navy Federal Credit Union across the street, got there at 4:50 opened my checking account and left at 5. I have been a customer at Wells Fargo since the beginning. Today, I experienced the worst customer service ever. In their effort to get people to use the ATM to deposit money (instead of waiting for a teller), they asked us to disclose how much money we were going to deposit in front of other customers. While I understand trying to clear the line, I find this violation of my financial privacy to be unacceptable. I will no longer use this branch.
Every time I visit, the staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. From opening credit cards to ordering foreign currency, and most recently sitting down for a consultation on how to maximize my benefits, each visit has been seamless and stress free. I was there today to open an account for my daughter. Today being her birthday was very excited to be with her friends. We provided Kiran Panta her number 3 times. Unfortunately, she typed the incorrect one and we have no account to her mobile account. After an hour the teller is expecting for me to go again to correct her mistake. She just ruined my daughter’s birthday, she is not able to used the money that was giving to her. This facility is one of the worst ones to be. I do not recommend this place at all.
