I give this location zero star!The employees here only care about collecting their wages and don't like doing any work. At 4pm when the bank was almost empty, they tell customer to go to another bank because they finish work at 5 pm! The service attitude of the lowest-level employees reflects the culture of a large company. So sad. There's still an hour before I leave work, and I don't know what I'm waiting for?
I was being added into an account here at Wells Fargo. The manager looked at me, straighten my eyes and told me I have to wait 30 minutes while he’s doing who knows what I understand everybody’s busy in the banking world. We all know you stop what you’re doing for a client I was bringing over 1,000,000+ over to Wells Fargo. I have banked with this branch for over four years and maintain a law firm IOLTA/trust account here. Until recently, deposits—including settlement checks—were handled without issue. Two months ago, the branch manager informed me that settlement checks would no longer be accepted for deposit unless I provide a client engagement/retainer agreement for each check or require my clients to appear in person at the branch.
