Bad service across the board from Wells Fargo in general.
Great people
My husband and I have individual accounts. We just want to open a joint account between the two of us and it is seriously impossible. They say it takes an hour and will not schedule an appt after 4 when we both work till then. Wouldn't even make a 15min exception for current account holders. Told us we needed to come on a Saturday and that's the best they could offer.
