Please don't go here. They are beyond incompetent. And then when they have the information you need, they play games and string you along. Then they tell you, you didn't submit something when you know you did multiple times. Avoid Fabiola and her disengaged manager Marisela who never called to try and make things better. My father-in-law, a disabled veteran, experienced incredibly poor service when attempting to get a will notarized. After calling ahead to confirm they had witnesses available (and being assured they did, with employees serving as such), he drove to the branch. He was then made to wait 30 minutes, only for staff to inform him at 4:59 PM (just before closing) that they couldn't notarize the will because he lacked witnesses. Never use their ATMs (Automated Theft Machines) for deposit. They will cheat you! Another location could not process a money order and I lost money as a result. This location's ATM was not able to read the cash I placed, nearly eating the money. So I had to try again in store with the teller. What's worse is the staff is so confident on their "flawless" ATMs and will try to coax you in to using them. Never do so!
