Sadly this Branch has suffered under current Manager. She was rude and dismissive to a request from a 35yr customer, citing "policy", but then relented quickly when threatened with account closure! I'm not sure what's more offensive - the lack of consideration for a trusted relationship, or the lack of integrity in the face of failure? I would close all 6 family accounts with WF if it wasn't so painful ... but we will be going to Paoli from now on.
Hello, The staff is so great, they don’t let any concern pass by without addressing. I needed a notary for address change and was in a tight situation on Friday. Because of the considerate staff I will be able to get my license in time and purchase my first car tomorrow. Kudos to the ladies
