Sadly this Branch has suffered under current Manager. She was rude and dismissive to a request from a 35yr customer, citing "policy", but then relented quickly when threatened with account closure! I'm not sure what's more offensive - the lack of consideration for a trusted relationship, or the lack of integrity in the face of failure? Hello, The staff is so great, they don’t let any concern pass by without addressing. I needed a notary for address change and was in a tight situation on Friday. Because of the considerate staff I will be able to get my license in time and purchase my first car tomorrow. Kudos to the ladies
