Very rude and lazy worker I understand why it’s closing down I came to open a account at 3:30 and they close at 5 and because they don’t want to sit and do work before they close , they kept suggesting me to make a appointment . Very lazy and not professional the manager NADIA Alexus came up to me personally to tell me that I have to do an appointment . When the lady at the window said other wise. All because they want to go home early on this Friday evening very unprofessional
I opened my first account ever with Wells Fargo. The person who assisted me was Shamar; he was absolutely wonderful!! He was patient, answering my questions and professional as well as great to talk to. He delivers great customer service and actually cares, not a lot do. I can tell he’s passionate about his job and help of people. Definitely deserves all recognition!! Whenever I have any questions, I will know to reach out to Him. Thank you Wells Fargo! Everyone else was nice as well.
MAY 20, 2024 SHAMAR FIELDED MY CALL REGARDING A MISPLACED CORPORATE CREDIT CARD THAT WAS REPORTED AS BEING DROPPED IN A POSTAL PICKUP BOX NEAR HIS LOCATION. HE WENT TO THE EXTREME OF CHECKING THEIR INVENTORY OF LOST AND FOUND ITEMS THEN WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO LOOK UP THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE NEAREST POST OFFICE.
