Ghosted by banker! I met with Maria Gamero to add a trade name to an LLC. We did all the paperwork and she indicated she would call me in a few days to verify the updates had taken effect. After two weeks of trying to reach her, she finally called me to tell me another document needed signed and asked if I could come by again. I could not as I was traveling. Went in today to discuss getting a loan to purchase a car and was helped by Robert and Miguel. Both were very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't often need to go to a branch for things but this experience was very enjoyable.
I’ve had nothing but great experiences here and it’s mostly been because of the great staff at this location. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I want to especially call out the branch manager Lourdes today! I usually hate having to go inside but don’t mind it here.
Update 3/4/26 People keep parking here from the townhouses next door. I pull up to drop a deposit in the depository and this car is parked right in front of it. This is a safety issue. I mean its not like the drive through gets any use, since it is completely closed down, but the depository is used companies. So this needs to be prevented from happening. Updated 12/19/24: still the worst banking center EVER. They closed down the drive through lanes. They never have more than 2 tellers. I just stood in line for over 15 minute... read more
