Wells Fargo is a joke when it comes to personal security and they want you to trust them with your money but don't care about the customers do not use go to another profession place of banking
Experience here has been professional and their hours are better than the local credit union we belong to. When we have time we are hoping to switch all our acts here. Just know you should make an appointment for anything that requires someone other than the teller. It gets busy.
I’ve never gone in here without waiting at least 10 minutes in line while they fumble around behind the counter. Every transaction takes forever no matter what. Don’t go in if you have to be anywhere.
Called to speak with the branch manager Michelle. Ignorant, rude and unable to answer any of my questions or help. Tried to pawn me off on the 1800 number… not sure how she is in management. More issues and Wells Fargo claims they will have someone contact me in 48 business hours. Two issues and no resolution. This bank and corporate are a joke
