went to report Fraud on my account of 35,000 and they did not even help me. They said that they would do a investigation and came back with there is nothing they can do. Someone took my money and they are unwilling to help get it back. They Act like it was 20 dollars that is what some people make in a year. I personally will never back with this company again .
I would not bank at this Bank Wells Fargo of Roanoke. They do not take care of their customers like they say they do, I had fraud on my bank account and they're not willing to help me out on it. Over 35,000 taken and they said that they couldn't do nothing about it after trying to take action for multitudes of years this branch is not a good branch
This location is trash. I’ve tried to come in here 2 different times to get something taken care of and both times they say they can’t help cuz they are too busy. All while a banker is sitting on her butt doing nothing at her desk. Wells Fargo is trash these days.
I love my bank staff here. They know me. Even from the start the ladies were very professional and friendly. I haven't had a single issue that they weren't able to solve.
I don't go in very often but when I have it's been a good experience. Tellers/staff have been friendly. All my needs have been met.
