Love this bank, but this branch is horrible. Will follow up with their superiors to help rectify customer service. Just as a reminder to the know it all manager, Zelle payments cannot be reversed!
Just received info that the Palmyra branch is closing. Very disappointing. Will be looking for another bank in Palmyra.
