Friendly, efficient employees
I wanted to compliment the excellent service I received during the visit yesterday. The bank staff were friendly and professional. Everything was handled smoothly. I truly felt valued as a customer. I also want to mention that the branch manager always greets to the customers and offers help; he apparently runs this branch very efficiently.
MOST HORRIBLE BANK NO ONE ANSWERES THE PHONE AND WHEN THEY DO VERY RARELY THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS!!!!!
They are always helpful. I don't care for the cooperate policies, however these great people make up for it.
