Went there because there had been fraudulent activity on bank card. They took care of everything very quickly. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and helpful. Thank You for your great customer service, it's really appreciated.
let me tell you, i have never experienced such amazing service from any bank ever. scottie was the most helpful and warm person. if you’re considering switching banks speak to scottie because he walked me through every single thing. he showed me all of the features of the app and listened to all my concerns i had. the staff was so nice and welcoming! if you’re looking for a sign to leave bank of america, this is it!
Slow people
Worst costumer service, rude and unprofessional. The associate didn’t want to help me at all nor wanted to listen to my concerns. When I asked her to help me with my business account she said she wasn’t able to since she had someone coming in already in 30 minutes. She didn’t say maybe you can wait and I can help you after she just responded I am unable to help you.
Horrible service, the staff is rude and the manager doesn’t have a clue of what she’s doing.
