Slow people
Worst costumer service, rude and unprofessional. The associate didn’t want to help me at all nor wanted to listen to my concerns. When I asked her to help me with my business account she said she wasn’t able to since she had someone coming in already in 30 minutes. She didn’t say maybe you can wait and I can help you after she just responded I am unable to help you.
Horrible service, the staff is rude and the manager doesn’t have a clue of what she’s doing.
Its so bad i turn my stopwatch on my phone and time them for now on. 14:09.32 to cash my check.
I only go on Saturdays, and the wait is ridiculous. They don't have people that can do longer account stuff at desks so the tellers do it all. So, if you have a "quick" deposit or withdrawal that can't be done at the machine, it takes forever.
