Bad customer communication
Had a great experience meeting with Isabella at Wells Fargo. She was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. During the meeting, we closed our savings account, ordered new checks, and requested a new debit card. She also provided us with three temporary checks we can use while we wait for our checkbook to arrive in about 14 days. It seems that every time I go to this exact location. My son starts to have fraudulent charges added to his account. My son will call me and say that a half hour after a deposit made from this location. That he would start getting fraudulent charges. I will notify the Feds.The people in this location are so shady. I can't understand why they still have a job in a bank. I hate going to this very location. I prefer going to the one on the loop. Because, they have integrity.
