It seems that every time I go to this exact location. My son starts to have fraudulent charges added to his account. My son will call me and say that a half hour after a deposit made from this location. That he would start getting fraudulent charges. I will notify the Feds.The people in this location are so shady. I can't understand why they still have a job in a bank. I hate going to this very location. I prefer going to the one on the loop. Because, they have integrity.
Great service, helpful and quick. One of the best in-branch banking experiences I’ve had.
Unless I just so happen to come by exactly the moment when the ATM is out of order, it has been out most of the time or altogether for months at this point. If you need to make a quick deposit, don’t even bother for likely months more to come.
I have been to this branch twice in the last two weeks 15 - 20 minutes before they close to cash a couple of insurance checks and have been turned away because the Wellsfargo associate claims they do not have time to mess with the checks at the end of the day. No other customers are waiting for service. The branch has very poor customer service as I have had an account for approximately 20 years with Wellsfargo.
