Let me see if I get this straight. I cannot go to the bank with a check for payment on my safe deposit box--a Check must be mailed. However, I can write a check for cash at the bank and pay in cash for the box. I'm unable to transfer money on their website to pay for my safe deposit box. Really bad business practice!
