I have been trying to get in contact with someone at the bank and it seems as though they do not want to answer the phone.
Nice people. But if you go inside to make a deposit or cash withdrawal, be prepared to wait for a long time. The majority of time is only one person at the counter And the other clerks are in the vault. I went from a member at State Employees credit union to them and that is their downfall is the wait time.
I like this bank; it's always nice people, and they do everything they can to help.
Every time I go in the bank, Cameron is more than helpful. She is always the friendliest, and always goes over and above to help us. The rest of the staff are nice too, but Cameron is exceptional.
