Always it's a ood experience to go to Wells Fargo at Albemarle Rd. Employees are very kind and provide a fast service.
There’s no way someone should need to wait TWO HOURS for a bank check. Worst customer service. Inexperienced tellers. Always understaffed. No sense of urgency to help people. Worst branch ever. I won’t be banking with wf anymore, they don’t give you access to your own money. Went to the branch through the drive thru.. the teller wasn’t friendly and made me wait for over 5mins, only to tell me to come inside (no problem) the teller at the counter was friendly and professional.. after my counter transaction was completed, I informed her that I would like to speak with a banker to open another account. I was instructed to have a seat and banker would assist me further.. I sat for almost 20 mins. There were available bankers sitting in there offices on their computers while I was ignored.
