The very worst banking experience I have ever had in my life. I will avoid this branch at all costs.
The teller machine took my wife Mastercard yesterday she didn't have gas to get home. She tried to tell the employees when they were coming out so the can put out of service on the ATM because she told everyone behind her it didn't work so it wouldn't take their card like it did hers. But they didn't care they say call the 800 number. We been customers for over 30 years and been treated horrible dealing with wells Fargo. The worst bank in the world
It really does not surprise me that this location only has 2.8 stars out of 5 that should tell you something about Wells Fargo! They care 0 about customer satisfaction and really just want your money they don't care about their customers. I went into cash a check and like every Wells Fargo you go to now they only have two tellers but the lady was rude unprofessional very unorthodox didn't smile didn't greet me wasn't pleasant and just had a nasty attitude and that's all of Wells Fargo's that's all of their locations people. ... read more
