Horrible service! This notary refused to notarize my document, she claimed it was missing proper notary language. After this she went on her computer and began looking at her personal progressive insurance documents, ignoring me. I went to a different Wells Fargo and had it notarized with no issue. Shaidza Ramirez should be required to go through customer service and notary training, clearly she has no experience with either.
