Two Thumbs Down – This bank is outrageous. The worst customer service I have gotten and that is even compared to Wal-Mart. They charge bogus fees and are totally rude to you when you try to resolve a conflict. Not ONCE has someone helped me with a problem I have had. Consider switching to another bank when living in Casper Wyoming. If all banks are like this I will gladly hide money under my mattress.
