1. In order to cash customers checks you must go in the bank and wait for a customer service person. Once they have you in the chair they not only fingerprint you, but in the guise of customer security they force you to wait 20 minutes for your cash. They bully you you to open an account with them for 20 mins! All branches do this. 2. A lot of businesses refuse to deal with this bank due to constant errors. 3. Wells Fargo branches in Casper are the worst for customer care I have seen in town, not one location is up to scratch with modern customer service standards.
Two Thumbs Down – This bank is outrageous. The worst customer service I have gotten and that is even compared to Wal-Mart. They charge bogus fees and are totally rude to you when you try to resolve a conflict. Not ONCE has someone helped me with a problem I have had. Consider switching to another bank when living in Casper Wyoming. If all banks are like this I will gladly hide money under my mattress.
