This is a racist bank branch ever! I walked in to open a quick business bank account but lady at the help desk asked us to bring the secretary of state documents. I told them I never heard that before I had opened different bank accounts but usually they check and download with secretary of state, it's better to verify this way. I went into Wells Fargo to try and close an account and had a difficult time due to corporate issues (we were on the phone with corporate the whole time and they were not making it easy). They were unable to close my account after being there for around an hour and I had to go back again the next day which took another hour or so. Unusually careless about customers!!! I was there 20 days ago to provide some documents again that were uploaded in the app before by me. No one even follows up And no one can even see that they were uploaded How is it possible for 3rd biggest bank in the US to have this much carelessness on its customers. Worse than that is when one team member goes on vacation vacation. No one knows what the next step is on her. Job. Have to call central office , may be some one knows what is the next step ... The staff is not interested to help to their clients.They make up multiple excuses to avoid any actions from their end. I just left when I understood they have no intention to help at all.
