This is a racist bank branch ever! I walked in to open a quick business bank account but lady at the help desk asked us to bring the secretary of state documents. I told them I never heard that before I had opened different bank accounts but usually they check and download with secretary of state, it's better to verify this way. I went into Wells Fargo to try and close an account and had a difficult time due to corporate issues (we were on the phone with corporate the whole time and they were not making it easy). They were unable to close my account after being there for around an hour and I had to go back again the next day which took another hour or so.
