I’ve had a few interactions with Janet Salem at the branch as my dedicated small business banker and she has been amazing to work with. She has help me with my cash flow management and planning for my growth of my businesses. I really appreciate her regular phone calls, keeping me on task. I really appreciate all her efforts and help.
Small business banker assistant VP Janet Salem was awesome today in fixing a big problem with my business account for international wire transfers issues. Janet was very generous with her time and her knowledge and now I am very very confident I pick the right banking partner. Thank you, Janet and team for the first good experience with Wells Fargo since we have opened our business account with them from 2022. I would say the only reason we are still here with Wells for our business account is her!

It makes sense why this branch has low reviews. When I arrived, I was greeted by a Hispanic woman who appeared to be in charge. She told me someone would help me shortly, and I said okay. About four minutes later, she looked at two employees, one white man and one African American man, who were standing to the left of me and said “I can’t do this” while tapping her watch, then told them that one of them would need to help me.
