This location is such a pleasure dealing with. We have been with this location since it use to be the bank of Palm Beach and have continued with this branch ever since. Andrew is amazing and goes out of his way to assist with any banking needs you need.
We've had nothing but outstanding customer service from this branch, helping us with multiple items. I especially want to shine the spotlight on Ryan Marshall, who has always been great.
I love this branch. Many have issues with Wellsfargo in general. I am happy to say that I have not experience this. I have been with them for years. If I told you how long it may reveal my age. Lol All joking aside I have been a member of Wellsfargo since the 90's from Texas to Florida The staff??? The best ever at this location hands down!!!
Worst experience I ever had with WF branch. It took three visits to find out they couldn't help me with card reissue. And it's not about stuffing at this location as they reply below. It's about outdated and useless processes in your bank that force people to be useless but with a smiling poker face.
