We've had nothing but outstanding customer service from this branch, helping us with multiple items. I especially want to shine the spotlight on Ryan Marshall, who has always been great.
I love this branch. Many have issues with Wellsfargo in general. I am happy to say that I have not experience this. I have been with them for years. If I told you how long it may reveal my age. Lol All joking aside I have been a member of Wellsfargo since the 90's from Texas to Florida The staff??? The best ever at this location hands down!!!
Worst experience I ever had with WF branch. It took three visits to find out they couldn't help me with card reissue. And it's not about stuffing at this location as they reply below. It's about outdated and useless processes in your bank that force people to be useless but with a smiling poker face.
Since 2007, when I first moved to Palm Beach, I noticed that the staff takes the time and effort to develop a warm relationship with all of their clients [general and private], particularly Enza DeVito, who has known me the longest, followed in order of meeting them, Tracey Prazer, Griffin, and Frank DeVito (no relation to Enza), my Private Banker. Recommend them without reservation!
Tracey Prazer helped me today. I could not have asked for a more friendly warm personality!. She was very efficient and my process went amazingly smooth. If you need any help, big or small, I would definitely recommend seeing her. This is not the private end of the bank. This is the branch open to everyone. Thank you so much Tracy Prazer. The branch manager and the teller we're also very helpful.
