Came to this Wells Fargo branch with my wife to open a new checking account that had an advertised $400 promotional bonus. The banker (Gabriella) never asked about the promo, never applied a promo code, and took an extremely long time to open the account. If you see how slow everything is you'll be amazed and it's not the system which is slow! When we reviewed the documents before signing, the promotion was clearly missing. Outstanding customer service from the ladies behind the teller station. I walked in without an appointment to open an account for my daughter at 2pm. The woman that I spoke with said that someone could take me at 3. Unfortunately I was on my lunch break so I couldn't wait. I was happy to just go online and make an appointment but she offered to call another branch to check availability for me. The other branch was able to take me as soon as I got there. I really appreciated the above and beyond service . Thank you so much.
