Not a friendly staff at all always have to wait while they’re counting money, their drive up window or teller windows never opened one star for sure for this place. as a business owner, staff needs to have smiles on the face and welcome the customer. ATM always out of money. I’d recommend to go to different bank locations for sure especially the one on Highway 51.

Came to this Wells Fargo branch with my wife to open a new checking account that had an advertised $400 promotional bonus. The banker (Gabriella) never asked about the promo, never applied a promo code, and took an extremely long time to open the account. If you see how slow everything is you'll be amazed and it's not the system which is slow! When we reviewed the documents before signing, the promotion was clearly missing.
