Stood in line 10min. No one greeted me. Finally someone asked if I needed help. I told them I came to open an account, was told “we close in 2min. You have to make an appointment”. I was standing there for 10min. It doesn’t take that long to make account. Is that how you are going to treat a future customer?
Surprise surprise, came to write a review & clearly I’m not the only one that wants to submit a complaint. Came in to bank to open checking account & because it was the end of the day I could tell the woman didn’t even want to help us. And of course they said we didn’t have the right identification although I had called before & verified. Sure enough I was able to just open it online so you can’t tell me they couldn’t open the account when I was able to do so right online because I ALREADY have an account with them in the co... read more
It's unfortunate that the banks have gotten rid of all of their tellers. But luckily the ones they've kept are wonderful
