I enjoy banking at Wells Fargo. Using your ATM card for deposits and withdraws is extremely efficient. Staff is very helpful, the bank president helped me set up my W.F app so I could do all my banking online.
Having been a customer of Wells Fargo for 33 years, even before it was Wells Fargo, I find that the service and the quality of employees has taken a massive nose dive. If I wasn't already established and can pretty much do anything I need online I would leave and go to chase in a heartbeat. Going into the Bank itself is always a nightmare.
3.7 billion settlement. DOES THIS NOT TELL YOU SOMETHING ? WHAT IDIOT WOULD BANK WITH WELLS FARGO THE LARGEST SCAM BANK IN THE WORLD. I PURCHASED A NEW TRUCK. DEALER SLAMMED ME INTO WELLS FARGO. WELLS FARGO CONSTANTLY APPLIES PRINCIPAL ONLY PAYMENT TO A MONTHLY PAYMENT THATS NOT DUE FOR A MONTH. TOTAL SCAM BANK SO THEY CAN MAKE MORE INTEREST ON YOU. Terrible customer service! My wife and I had a 10:00 am appointment Saturday morning. We arrived about 9:50 am and the manager, Ralpf, told us the banker we had an appointment with took another couple that spoke Spanish. We had a scheduled appointment so he should have told the Spanish couple they would need to wait because he had an appointment with us. We had a very detailed and complex transaction today at this branch. Rebecca was so helpful and patient. The branch closed at noon but they all stayed an hour passed closing time to complete our ransaction. I am so appreciative of all the staff who helped us today. We are 1000% satisfied with the level of service and respect we received. You all went well over and above for us in our time of need.
