Surprise surprise, came to write a review & clearly I’m not the only one that wants to submit a complaint. Came in to bank to open checking account & because it was the end of the day I could tell the woman didn’t even want to help us. And of course they said we didn’t have the right identification although I had called before & verified. Sure enough I was able to just open it online so you can’t tell me they couldn’t open the account when I was able to do so right online because I ALREADY have an account with them in the co... read more
It's unfortunate that the banks have gotten rid of all of their tellers. But luckily the ones they've kept are wonderful
Worst customer service ever I've been with Wells Fargo for most of my life. Bank manager was really rude and kept talking over me I was trying to explain he told me they were really busy and could not help me. There was only two people in front of me in the lobby. I will not be using Wells Fargo as my bank ever again. Third time I've had problems with that same branch.
Guy who helped us was impatient and seemed racist towards us.
