I’m choosing to give a 4 star review because I appreciate the young lady Shaquitta that assisted me today. She treated me with kindness and respect. The only thing I didn’t like was when it came down to my experience with her colleague/manager. DO NOT TRUST. Deposited a check at 11:14 am on Saturday. Before the check even hit the joint account per the tellers, Anitras, advise the co-signed check was reversed and moved it to another account. If we knew this theft/fraud would have happened the check wouldn’t have never been signed. CONSUMER BEWARE.
Sat there for 10 minutes waiting on a notary. Nobody acknowledged me. So I got in line and waiting another 10 minutes on a teller only to be told that there wasnt a notary there. Obviously they were our of ducks to give... **EDIT I made over $1,00,000 in deposits last year. I shouldn't need to make an appointment to receive customer service. What that means is I need a better bank. WF needs more employees to offer customer service. You are about to lose another small business customer.
The ppl are nice but slow and it’s like 1 person at front at all times spent an hour waiting
