I almost chose a different bank because of the bad reviews. I'm glad I decided to give this one a chance. I opened a new account and had a wonderful experience. Thank you Mrs. McKellery for being informative, patient and kind. I look forward to future encounters with this branch.
I work very slowly. Queues.
Walked in and did not get service for over 30 minutes, and all I wanted to do was cash a check. Multiple workers were available but no one serviced me. Will never come to this bank again
I’m choosing to give a 4 star review because I appreciate the young lady Shaquitta that assisted me today. She treated me with kindness and respect. The only thing I didn’t like was when it came down to my experience with her colleague/manager. Shaquitta needed assistance with an approval and the lady that assisted decided to question me about why and how I was paid before her because she noticed a payroll deposit from her same employer. DO NOT TRUST. Deposited a check at 11:14 am on Saturday. Before the check even hit the joint account per the tellers, Anitras, advise the co-signed check was reversed and moved it to another account. If we knew this theft/fraud would have happened the check wouldn’t have never been signed. CONSUMER BEWARE.
