I just moved here and needed a check made. The space was very clean and well kept and everyone was very welcoming. Manisha helped me at the desk and she was absolutely amazing, she deserves a huge shout out!
No drive through? Absolutely ridiculous long lines inside and always understaffed.
I came here to exchange $1s (tips) for larger bills, as carrying a large sum of ones is cumbersome. I was denied because I did not have a Wells Fargo account. It seems like a pretty straight forward transaction that could have been handled more appropriately. I suppose not.
