While traveling I stop to exchange cash for quarters. All three tellers said they couldn't help me because I wasn't a member. Then had an attitude because I asked for the nearest back. Thank you Max Credit Union. Easy exchange.
I was told to wait in red chairs to see a banker to print me out a direct deposit slip. There are 5 people already in the red chairs. Why can't a teller who has access to the account print out a direct deposit slip? Dam....smh meanwhile while I'm waiting to see a banker there are currently 5 tellers standing around laughing and talking.
Always first class and professional service. My husband goes to this bank a few times a week and he always comes home to tell me how friendly and courteous everyone is. First class service with a smile. The best banking experience I have ever had in Montgomery.
