The branch manager does not know how to properly do her job . I was overdrafted for 6 hours and I put the money in to take care of it then went to the bank to get the overdraft charge removed and all she did was look at dates instead of times the charges took place . Last night at 1130pm the charge came through that overdrafted my account . I woke up at 4am noticed the issue and put money in the account . She was not concerned with her customer or fixing the issue . Change in management please .
