Worse bank ever, no common sense policy. My dad is 92 years old he doesn't have a license, but we bought in his passport which you would only need to be updated if you are traveling is a great form of identification & also bought in his citizenship document & they denied him trying to get his OWN money. People please what happened to common sense ? He's 92 & he can't go to DMV and get an ID he's fragile, But he's got his American passport, but because is not updated, he couldn't get his money. It's crazy & silly.
Even though my house is paid for People. Should just know how crooked Wells Fargo is. I bought this house a long time ago and it was a Wachovia mortgage and they assumed it. And they had the description wrong and then they tried putting the person they used to own the house's taxes into my loan. When I deny that my house went into foreclosure, we tried to work it out.
