Terrible customer service!
Convenient bank
Terrible customer service. Insisted my account was closed when I presented them with my valid card. I then logged into my wells Fargo account as proof. They were looking at an old closed savings account. On top of this, I get my wf platinum card back nearly broken in half. Thank you Nicole for the one star experience.
