Absolutely terrible customer service not only by this branch but by other Wells Fargo branches. Came to simply set up a checking account for my son… near 12:00. Was told they couldn’t help me until 2:00. I drove to check another local branch… same thing… call another local branch, same thing, call and schedule a visit at 2:00 for this original branch. Just the worst staff I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, they don't respect your time and are super self righteous and full of themselves. And this isn't the only time I've had this experience with them. Go anywhere else
Terrible service!!!!! I am a non-customer who was trying to cash my check from this establishment. I don’t bank with them but my employer does. Told it was a $10, which was cool, but then things started seeming like I was being racially profiled. Was told they needed to call to “verify”. Verify what exactly? Then told it was because a different person signed my check (which was the owner of the company I work for versus the director of the program) then I was told it was because it was a different amount from before? Terrible experience. Tellers not helpful, requested personal info shouting across the room. Waited to see personal banker while they both left their offices, stating they were supposed to be at lunch. Poor service.
