Went in to do a wire transfer Friday morningiiii They told me it would be a 2 hr wait...I have been banking with them for 30 years time to look for another bank....
This place is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Randall Wayne Greene the banker at this location, I had the worst experience ever with him refusing to help me made more than 20 excuses as why he couldn't. Treated me like I was stupid! Tried to report fraudulent activity on my grandmothers card. completely turned away with attitude and disrespect!!! I would give no stars if I could. Every time I go into this bank the women in there are so rude, and one of the managers (I guess that's what she is) is one of the most rudest people I've ever had the unfortunate of meeting. She just kept rolling her eyes and acting like we was stupid for even asking questions. It'll be the last time I step food inside that bank.
This wells fargo is the closest to where I live. I dont bank here, but I had a wells fargo check. Im not surprised at the reviews I saw after visiting this location. If this is southern hospitality, I'd rather go elsewhere. No problem helping other customers, but for some reason when it came to helping me, it was all attitude and she apologized to the other customers, as if my business there is holding them up.
