If you have elderly parents this bank is not user friendly, nor does it accommodate elderly women who has a hard time getting in and out of a car and has to walk with a walking while willing her legs to work. Randall Green the bank manager told me he could not go out to the car to speak with her that she had to come inside to do business. When I told him she can hardly walk he told me that didn't matter she had to come in. Finally got her inside only to find her ID had expired because she doesn't drive anymore.
