Call me then 5 minutes later I call them back go through the whole automated thing. Then after 2 rings of phone to get a bank representative theres no to take my call. I don't have a bank here or never have.
Arianna was very helpful, above and beyond. Very friendly as well
They are very nice at this location but Wells Fargo makes everything extremely difficult. I just wanted to close out my savings account, which I never use. In order to do so, you have to schedule an appointment with a banker. Why???? Not one other bank I've dealt with was that difficult, they even allow to close accounts over the phone. I will avoid anything to do with Wells Fargo in the future.
Kristin was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate her helping me instead direction me to another banker. Very respectful a d courteous.
