Arianna was very helpful, above and beyond. Very friendly as well
They are very nice at this location but Wells Fargo makes everything extremely difficult. I just wanted to close out my savings account, which I never use. In order to do so, you have to schedule an appointment with a banker. Why???? Not one other bank I've dealt with was that difficult, they even allow to close accounts over the phone. I will avoid anything to do with Wells Fargo in the future.
Kristin was very helpful and accommodating. I appreciate her helping me instead direction me to another banker. Very respectful a d courteous.

two stars literally only because Angel is an angel and super wonderful; unfortunately, however, if she is not there you are completely out of luck as everyone else is completely slow and incompetent. line always takes at least 30 mins and they will drag and drag. Angel is literally the only saving grace. Close this place.
