Need a document notorized was told to have a seat as a customer was being helped. 15 minutes later I was told that it would be 30 to 45 minutes and that I could go to the UPS store across the street. UPS charges $5. The document is only a paragraph long. A two minute task. #SMH. I’ve Banked here for over 46 years.
I have been with well fargo for over 8 years. Never had a monthly fee till DEc of 2022 which I didn’t noting till today. I called customer service where I was notified that the police has change and that I have to maintain a minimum family balance of 500. I did not received a noticed and never agreed to this terms. I will be looking for another bank and canceling all of our house hold accounts with Wells Fargo.
Horrible communication and customer service. The teller was the only one servicing inside and outside customers. A simple deposit took 25 minutes with no updates or communication. When I asked for my cash back, the teller yelled back into the speaker and hastily sent my money and deposit slip back without trying to remedy the problem. The ATMs at this location rarely allow for deposits or have cash for withdrawals. Completely dissatisfied.
Both atms down. This is not the first time
Opens at 9am must be a thing of the past. Smh
