Terrible customer service. Just insane. Refused to notarize a seller agreement because only 1 of the 2 people signing banked with wells Fargo. Was extremely rude and told me you dont have to bank here and we dont want to help. Highly recommend not using them. Just ridiculous
I walked in on a Friday afternoon, I was greeted at the door and the teller was very helpful and professional.
I do not recommend this bank unless you want unexpect fees. I need to cash a check issued by their bank and they charge me. Unacceptable. Glad I had this experience so I would not want to have an account with them ever.
