I called today to get input about my mobile app. They have been charging me 15 dollars every single time i transfer money. Yesterday just one day they charged my card 45 dollars in one day because i had made ONE transfer that day. The ladies "tanieqa" or however you say her name was more then rude. I will be taking all my extra cash to navy fed.
Overall this branch is a food bank. The drive up tellers are pleasant and helpful. Where this branch is located is a tad annoying to get in and out of. They have a notary on site as well.
Wells Fargo refused to deposit a check into my account today. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Navy Federal took the same check no questions asked and deposited it. Goodbye Wells Fargo!!!!
