Consistent excellent customer service
Terrible, Terrible, customer service in branch. Went in today to open an account. I’ve had an account there for years. After hearing Connie start to help a gentlemen in front of us with an account, she came to us and said it would be at least an hour before someone got to us. Yes, one hour. This is not the first time we’ve had to wait excessively to get service with banking needs. When I brought this to her attention her response was “ this branch is the busiest in the region”. Too few tellers working - long lines and tellers can't even take a break
I am sharing this review to help improve the overall experience at this branch. This location already has 2.5 stars and customers should be treated appropriately. I came in to deposit two checks and the cashier Sree was not polite. I have been a customer at Chase and Bank of America and this type of interaction is unusual for me.
