I am sharing this review to help improve the overall experience at this branch. This location already has 2.5 stars and customers should be treated appropriately. I came in to deposit two checks and the cashier Sree was not polite. I have been a customer at Chase and Bank of America and this type of interaction is unusual for me. Terrible. Very long wait.
I go to the Apex, NC branch once a month to make a deposit. Most of the employees are very nice and polite, but there is always a line of customers and very few tellers. I went there last Tuesday, there were three people before me and one teller, I had to leave without taking care of my business as I had another appointment elsewhere and the line didn't move the whole time i was there. no one answers the phone at this location
Three separate visits to the branch in order to apply for business credit card. Once the card arrived only one of two were issued. After several calls to the branch I am still not able to speak with someone live. In addition, the ap will not allow me to view the card as described. Oh well...just part of the deal I guess.
